We do not have a set number of staff to recruit each year. The number of staff recruited each year for the past three years is as follows:

There are locations throughout Japan (and overseas). We have no plans to recruit 2014 entry staff to work in specific (limited) areas; staff may be posted to any location in Japan (or overseas).
No. Suntory is a company that works to introduce the world to quality alcohol, and to provide customers with the opportunity to purchase and enjoy quality alcohol. There is no requirement that members of staff drink alcohol, and we enforce a very strong corporate policy to prevent staff feeling pressured to drink alcohol.
Is there anything I should do in preparation for joining Suntory?
There is nothing in particular that we expect our new recruits to have done before they join us. Have fun, study well, and come to us willing to learn and work hard.
Persons who have or will have completed or graduated from a undergraduate degree or Masters degree course between March 2015 and July 2018, and who have no previous record of post-graduation employment.
We do not run OB/OG introductory programs.
