SUBSCRIPTION CONCERT for CHILDREN 2024
The Subscription Concert for Children, jointly presented by the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra and Suntory Hall, is a highly popular series of Sunday matinee concerts for young people held in April, July, September, and December.
The theme for the 2024 season is “The Epochs of Music”.
Presented by Naoki Tsuboi, TV Asahi announcer, each concert focuses on a particular category of music (string instrument, keyboard instrument etc.) and highlights the various epoch-making works in its history.
There are also opportunities for the children to get actively involved, such as foyer tours and meeting the players.
