Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (President: Nobuhiro Torii) hereby notifies you that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 11, 2015, it was resolved to make the following organizational changes and executive appointments.

1. Organizational Changes

Effective September 1, 2015

●	Reorganization of the Suntory Beverage & Food Limited, Beverage & Food Business Division
	▽	We will reorganize the Brand Marketing Department and newly establish the Brand Development Division 1 and Brand Development Division 2.
	▽	We will newly establish the Development Innovation Department, which will pursue innovation in collaboration with the R&D Department with a view to promoting new business.
	▽	We will change the name of the Advertising & Planning Department to the Communication Design Department with a view to bolstering the communication design function.

 

●	New Establishment of the Suntory Beverage & Food Limited, Vending Machine Business Division
	▽	We will newly establish the Vending Machine Business Division within the Beverage & Food Business Division as part of our efforts to plan and manage the Group’s vending machine-related business and also manage the business operations of Group companies.
	▽	We will place Suntory Beverage Service Limited, Japan Beverage Holdings Inc., JT A-Star Co., Ltd. and Sunvend Co., Ltd. under the direct control of the Vending Machine Business Division.

 

●	Reorganization of the Suntory Foods Limited, Vending Machine Business Division
	▽	To coincide with the new establishment of the abovementioned Vending Machine Business Division, we will establish the Vending Machine Sales Development & Marketing Promotion Department, which will be responsible for promoting and managing the vending machine operator distribution for Suntory Foods Limited, and set up the Nationwide Vending Machine Sales Department, which will be responsible for nationwide operator sales activities, under the Overall Sales & Marketing Division.

 

●	Reorganization of the Suntory Foods Limited, Sales & Marketing Division Hokkaido Area
	▽	In order to bolster our sales systems, we will newly establish the Hokkaido Branch 1 and Hokkaido Branch 2.

 

●	Reorganization of the Suntory Foods Limited, Metropolitan Marketing Office
	▽	In order to bolster our sales systems, we will divide the Metropolitan Marketing Office Chainstores Department into two departments: Chainstores Department 1 and Chainstores Department 2.
