Notification concerning Group Company Reorganization

At the Board of Directors Meeting on Thursday, October 14, Suntory Holdings Limited decided to merge Suntory MONOZUKURI Expert Limited and Suntory Communications Limited, both Group companies, into Suntory Holdings Limited on January 1, 2022 (planned).

Details

1. Purpose of the reorganization
As the environment surrounding the Group changes ever faster, including the increased importance of sustainability-conscious corporate management, accelerating digitalization, and changing consumer lifestyles, in order to take rapid and advanced measures for these issues, the functions of Suntory MONOZUKURI Expert Limited and Suntory Communications Limited are to be merged, thus enabling integrated Group operation of MONOZUKURI and communications functions.
While further enhancing both these specialized functions, this move will also heighten innovative development capacity in the relevant specialist areas, serving as a powerful force for leadership in global business development.

2. Date of implementation
Saturday, January 1, 2022

3. Merger format
With Suntory Holdings Limited as the surviving company, Suntory MONOZUKURI Expert Limited and Suntory Communications Limited will undergo an absorption merger.
