This is to notify that Suntory Holdings Limited will be reorganizing group companies and implementing their executive appointments.

| Reorganization of Suntory Liquors Limited and establishment of Suntory Beer Limited | |
| (1) | Suntory Liquors Limited will be split into a spirits business and a beer business. Suntory Liquors Limited will become a company specializing in the spirits business and Suntory Beer Limited, a new company established for the beer business, will be run independently. |
| (2) | The "Advertising & Planning Department," "International Strategy Department," "Supply Chain Planning Department" and "ARP Department" will be created under Suntory Beer Limited to strengthen the foundation of the corporate organization. |
| (3) | Suntory Liquors Limited will be placed under Beam Suntory Inc. and the two companies' business will be integrated. |
Reorganization of Suntory Holdings Limited
| In order to handle diversifying financial transactions and to broaden the financial and procurement strength of the Suntory Group, a "Financial Risk Management Department" will be created under the "Finance & Accounting Division." |
Reorganization of Suntory Beer & Spirits Limited and Suntory Wine International Limited
| (1) | In order to strengthen ties between restaurant chains operating over broad areas and to strengthen area-wide offerings, "Nationwide Chain Marketing Department 3," "Marketing Department East" and "Marketing Department West," now under the "On-Premise Chain Business Development Division," will be reorganized into the "Chain Marketing Department Hokkaido / Tohoku / Kanto Koshinetsu Area," the "Chain Marketing Department Metropolitan / Tokai Hokuriku Area," the "Chain Marketing Department Kinki Area" and the "Chain Marketing Department Chugoku Shikoku / Kyusyu Area." |
| (2) | In order to strengthen marketing activities in the Hokkaido area, a "Sales Planning Department" will be created under the "Sales & Marketing Division Hokkaido Area." |
| (3) | In order to strengthen the wine business and upgrade the combined strength of the beer and spirits business, the Sales Department of Suntory Wine International Limited will be transferred to Suntory Beer & Spirits Limited. |
Reorganization of Suntory Wellness Limited
| In order to expand the health food business in Taiwan, we will establish Suntory Wellness Taiwan Limited. |
