• No general parking is available. There is no motorcycle or bicycle parking either. Please use public transportation when visiting.
  Parking on the street, in nearby parks and other public facilities is strictly prohibited.
• For those using a group bus or requiring special parking for the disabled, please be sure to contact us at the time of booking,
  so we may provide you with necessary information during your visit.
• Please confirm these important notices before visiting.
• Anyone under the age of 20 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol and drinking under the age of 20 is prohibited by law.
  Guests arriving by car and motorcycle (including passengers), or bicycle, and those under 20 years of age are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages.
• For the safety of our guests, to maintain product hygiene and quality, please follow the guidance of our staff members on site.
• Because Yamazaki Distillery processes products fit for human consumption, for hygienic reasons, no food or drinks from outside the premises are allowed.
• Because this facility processes products fit for human consumption, pets are not allowed on the Distillery grounds except in some outdoor areas.
  However, this does not apply to assistance dogs for the physically disabled.
• We may be forced to close in the event of stormy weather or natural disasters such as a typhoon or fallen snow. Please check our website or call us before your visit.
  Cancellation fees for transportation and lodging costs incurred as a result of such a closure are to be borne by the guest. Please be aware of this in advance.
