Hakushu Terrace is located on the premises of
the Hakushu Distillery and Suntory Minami Alps Hakushu Water Plant.

In the "Hakushu Sanctuary" in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture,
people gather to preserve and pass along nature-blessed foods and their special charms.
At Hakushu Terrace, enjoy the "Hakushu Sanctuary" to your heart’s content.

Choose from a wide-ranging menu of foods and desserts just right for lunch,
including pizza made with an abundance of ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture.
And don’t forget the Single Malt Whisky Hakushu original cocktails,
available only here at Hakushu Terrace.

At Hakushu Terrace, you can eat inside or make use of the free space on the second level.
Eating and drinking from the takeout menu are limited to the second level of Hakushu Terrace.
Please do not take food or drink outside the shop, and refrain from eating or drinking while walking.

    These table seats inside the shop are for relaxing in style.

  • First Level Terrace Seats

    These are prime Hakushu Terrace seats for enjoying food and drink together with the forest air.

  • Takeout Counter

    Items can be ordered from the takeout menu here. Please enjoy the food and drink in the free space on the second level. (Refrain from eating or drinking while walking.)

Make reservations on the reservation form

We highly recommend making a reservation for Hakushu Terrace in advance. However, we do accept walk-ins if seats are available at the time. Please be aware that a tour reservation is required for walk-in visits.

  • If you have tour reservations, please be sure to make your restaurant reservations well in advance.
  • Advance reservations for Hakushu Terrace are not accepted for groups of more than five people.
  • Payment at Hakushu Terrace may be made in cash or by credit card, digital cash (e-money), or QR code payment.
