Maestro JIŘÍ KOUT has been replaced by Maestro CHRISTPHER HOGWOOD due to medical treatment for injury.

It was Beethoven's No. 9 Symphony by the NHK Symphony conducted by Wolfgang Sawalisch to mark the opening of Suntory Hall in October 1986. In 2011 commemorating the 25th anniversary, the NHK Symphony will open a new chapter of the next quarter-century again with No. 9
