Reports to the Suntory Group Business Partner Compliance Hotline can be made via the link provided below. Anonymous reports are also accepted, but please be aware that there are limitations to our investigation to confirm the facts.

How Reports Are Handled by Suntory

We will respond in order during our business hours. Our business hours are from 9:00 to 17:30 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and other Company holidays).
Depending on the nature of your report, it may take some time for us to respond. In addition, we may not be able to respond depending on the content of the report (e.g., information or introduction of products or services from the reporting party). Please understand this in advance.
We guarantee that we will not treat the informant, the cooperating investigators, or the company to which the informant belongs in any disadvantageous manner, nor will we retaliate in any way against the informant, the cooperating investigators, or the company to which the informant belongs, except in cases where the client itself is involved in a violation.
Upon receipt of a report, we may ask for the cooperation of the informant in the investigation of the facts.

Personal Data

Suntory Holdings Ltd. will responsibly manage the personal information provided by the informant and will use it only for the purpose of investigating and responding to the complaint, and will not use it for any other purpose. If Suntory Holdings needs to disclose or provide personal information to a third party for the purpose of investigation or response, Suntory Holdings will obtain the prior consent of the informant before such disclosure or provision (except in cases where such disclosure is required by law).
