Building a Diverse Workforce
We know that having a diverse workforce and an equitable and inclusive working culture will make us better connected, stronger and happier as a community, and will benefit our employees, our business and our brands. We are proud that, currently, women make up 46% of the SBFE leadership positions and 35% of senior leadership positions.

Building an Inclusive Workplace
We believe in the importance of sharing knowledge on diversity, equity and inclusion topics. Supporting, celebrating and embracing our differences, as well as providing fair opportunities, will create a better environment for our company and society. To build awareness around DEI, we prepared our Diversity Dictionary. We hope this dictionary will be an educational source as well as a conversation starter.

As part of our Giving Back to Society value, we have launched our new employee volunteering platform, Together for Good powered by Benevity. Through this platform, our employees can register for volunteering activities from hundreds of organisations around the globe, find activities that they are interested in supporting and join them. The platform also presents opportunities to join diversity and inclusion and sustainability challenges.
