Tomi no Oka Winery's flagship Tomi White wine is crafted with ripe Chardonnay grapes grown in a lush vineyard under strict yield restrictions. To craft its characteristic mellow flavor, the ripe Chardonnay grapes are carefully fermented and aged in French oak casks.

With a sparkling yellow-green hue, it has the full-bodied texture distinctive of Chardonnay.
